A hard fought match against Elon, our first conference contest, resulted in a 1-1 tie.  Click here to watch.  Two days later, we played Hofstra in NY. Got to spend some time in the city (see photo) which was fun. We would have had them except for a PK that gave them a 2-1 win.  Click here to see the Hofstra game. On a personal note, I am ranked #9 in the conference with 5 goals and one assist… so far!

Onto James Madison U. Click here to see the match. Click here to see my free kick goal.

This was a big win for us.  1-0 over College of Charleston, the number 4 ranked team in the conference. Watch game.

We needed the win over Northeastern to make the playoffs and how we didn’t win this, I don’t know. See for yourself.

2017 UNCW season is over. Named to 3rd All-CAA team and All-CAA Rookie Team. Click here to see press release.  We’re a young team and we struggled a bit, but with a season of playing together behind us, I’m optimistic about next fall!

In the meantime, got this in the mail from the Colonial Athletic League for making 2017-2018 CAARookie team and All-Conference.  It’s now May 2018 and WPSL has started up.  Below is a photo of me with my UNCW teammates at our first match in Charleston!)
