Around this time I was playing for Charlotte Soccer Club, probably one of the best clubs in the country. Madeline and I (upper left photo) both played there. I was playing U8 and U9 and my teams back then did pretty well. In 2007 and 2008, the U8 England, my 3v3 team, came in fifth at the World Championships at Disney. In 2007, I was 8 but playing up for my club team, the Charlotte Soccer Club U9 Force. The Force won every tournament we entered except for one, won the CAYSL U9 Division without losing a single regular season game and finished the season by winning City Cup. (see Press Section)
In ’08, I joined a new team, (see photo above) and we did well, too, winning many tournaments, including the ’08 Atlanta Cup. Many of the girls I play with today were on that team… Emery Noll, Brandi Walker, Grace Lynn-Lato and my best friend (and our long-time club team goalie), Abby Stapleton. Then, of course, there we are again (film strip above)this time on TV for the Fox News Dance Party… don’t ask…
